Full & Partial Dentures

Dentures are removable replacements for missing teeth, usually constructed from acrylic resin, sometimes incorporating porcelain or metal for additional support.  Both complete and partial dentures are finely crafted and custom-fitted to your mouth.

Properly maintained, dentures give a natural appearance and provide a perfect smile, and can also help strengthen the muscles controlling facial expressions, alleviating pronunciation problems caused by missing teeth and aiding with chewing.

If you’ve lost, or are losing, all of your teeth, a complete denture may be the solution for you.  If some of your teeth remain and are healthy, a partial denture may be your way of achieving a beautiful new smile.

Loose/Unstable Dentures

Most people who wear a full lower denture complain of looseness and/or discomfort during function. At Brighter Smile Dental we can stabilise your denture by incorporating implants to support the denture. This is an amazing non-surgical procedure which in a single visit puts an end to all your troubles and embarrassing moments with your loose and uncomfortable denture (same procedure can be done for a loose upper plate if required).
